Not many people have the opportunity to witness an NFL player express his emotions openly, especially when it concerns matters of the heart. However, Michael Sam didn’t concern himself with the opinions of others when he shared a kiss with his boyfriend, Vito Cammisano, on live television. It was evident that Sam was overwhelmed with joy after being drafted into the NFL, and his emotions couldn’t be contained.
Cammisano is an alumnus of the University of Missouri, and the two had been in a relationship for several months when they decided to make a public declaration of their love by becoming engaged in January 2015. Unfortunately, just five months later, the couple chose to bring their relationship to a close.
