Glee star and versatile actress Jane Lynch was so deeply in love with clinical psychologist Lara Embry that they decided to marry in May 2010. The two initially crossed paths during a fundraiser in San Francisco a year prior. However, as the saying goes, all good things sometimes come to an end, and sadly, the couple eventually went through a divorce in 2014.
Lynch cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. The process was also emotionally challenging for her, as both she and her ex-partner expressed a profound care for one another. Lynch agreed to split her earnings with Embry but emphasized that this aspect of divorce, which she described as “It’s just money,” doesn’t trouble her.
